Jean Robert Janvier (1746 - 1776)

Janvier was French cartographer who worked in Paris from about 1746. There is some confusion about his Christian name, his maps generally bore the name Sieur Janvier. In addition to his own body of work he produced maps in collaboration with other cartographers & many of his maps were used in other cartographers atlases.
