Description:

October 1928, No. 97 issue of one of the rarest Art Deco fashion magazines published in Paris.

With 15 pochoir illustrations, numerous full page colour illustrations and numerous adverts.

The magazine Art Goût Beauté was launched in early 1920 under the title Les Succès d’Art Goût Bon Ton. It then changed its name to Art Goût Beauté in November 1921, taking the initials of the publisher, the house of fabrics “Successors of Albert Godde Bedin“. Each issue contained superb pochoir illustrations of the designs of the great fashion houses including: Bernard, Callot sisters, Doeuillet, Doucet, Drecoll, Jenny, Martial and Armand, Philippe and Gaston, Poiret, Premet, Worth as well as fabric samples

In the 1932 the last issue of the magazine appeared caused by the Great Depression and the high cost of producing the pochoir illustrations.
