Mapmaker:

Conrad Malte-Brun  (1775-1826)

Danish geographer born in Jutland, established himself in Paris in 1800. A geographer of considerable repute his work was continued by his son Victor. They produced an atlas, “Geographie Universelle Ancienne et Modern”.
