Biography:

Frederick William Frohawk 1861 – 1946

English zoological artist Frohawk born at Norfolk, the son of a gentleman farmer. He took an early interest in drawing and natural history. At the age of twenty he received his first commission from The Field, later becoming natural history editor of that magazine. He contributed drawings for the Natural History Museum.
