Colonial engraving of Grosvenor Chambers which was built by C.S. Patterson specifically for artist studios.

In the basement was the sculptor Percival Ball. The top floors contained the studios of the artists; Tom Roberts, J.C. Waite, Walton, Abrahams and Patterson.
