Vuillemin
was a prominent 19th century French cartographer distinguished by his
elaborate style of maps with vignettes and decorative borders. He
issued an Atlas Universal in 1847, an Atlas
Illustre
 in 1861, and a large map of Oceanie in 1867, and
revised the Atlas Migeon in 1874.
