Interesting Japanese carte de visite portrait of a Japanese young woman in traditional Kimono.

The photographer Nakamura exhibited at the Sydney International Exhibition in 1879 as part of the Japanese Court. The verso is embellished with a number of medals, an eagle perched above a tripod camera and his address, No. 26 Koraibashi, Osaka, Japan .
