Description:

The Kinkajou (Potos flavus), also known as the Honey Bear, is a nocturnal rainforest mammal related to the ringtailed lemur, raccoon, the coati. It is the only member of the genus Potos. Kinkajous may be mistaken for ferrets or monkeys, but are not related. The (Loutre) Otter is a carnivorous mammal which belongs to the family of Must�lid�s like the Long pitchfork, the Marten, Mink, the Fitchet, the Badger, the Weasel or Hermine. In France, one finds only one species of Otter, the Otter of Europe (Lutra will lutra). Even if it has many common points with the others must�lid�s, its biology present of the quite particular characteristics.
