Detailed map of Sydney made for the proposed march of two thousand Blue Jackets from the visit of eight ships from the American Fleet in Sydney Harbour who arrived on 23 July and remained to 6 August 1925. The fleet comprised the following ships; USS California, USS Colorado, USS Tennessee, USS Maryland, USS West Virginia, USS New Mexico, USS Mississippi and USS Idaho.

Huge crowds took up every vantage point on the harbour and along the route of the march.

The route of the march was from Cowper Wharf, Woolloomooloo, through the Domain to; King Street, Macquarie Street, Bridge Street, Pitt Street, Martin Place, George Street, Park Street, cross Cook and Phillip Park and returning to Cowper Wharf.

Shows the extensive tramway system and ferry routes.

Included are many Aboriginal names for landmarks and suburbs.
