A scene set in a forest glade with a stream and with five women picking flowers (Dandelions). Shuntei was born in Aichi Prefecture, and lived in Edo. He was a pupil first of Watanabe Shoka, and later of Tomioka Eisen. He is best known for his striking compositions and depictions of beautiful women. From the series: &quotTosei Furyu Tsu&quot (Today’s Elegant Manners and Customs).
