Biography:

Abraham Munting (1626-1683)

Munting was a Dutch physcian, botanist and artist. After his studies he taught at University of Groningen as Professor of Botanay and Chemistry where became internationally reknown. His greatest work is Naauwkeurige Beschryving Der Aardgewassen.
