Very rare Irish political satirical broadside in the form of a racing journal, issued in 1823 at the time of an Orange Order riot following the customary 12th July ritual of redecorating the statue of William III of Orange at College Green which prompted the Lord Mayor of Dublin to issue a proclamation banning this practice.
