Description:

A rare series of 6 historic silver gelatin prints on original embossed card mounts, untitled but of the St. Leonard’s Vineyard in Wahgunyah, Corowa NSW. The vineyard was first planted in 1860 by the Scottsman James Scott. By 1874 the winery had been sold to New Zealander Henry Ireland. Ireland successfully guided the winery through into the 1900’s to produce 200,000 litres of wine annually which was predominately exported. The vineyard is in operation today. From top left. 1.
