William Lionel Wylie RA (1851-1931)
Marine painter, illustrator & etcher. Studied at the RA Schools & learnt the art f boat building. His pictures of Shipping in the Thames are amongst the best & accurate that exist. From the original edition of the Graphic & was made Marine Painter to the Royal Yatcht Squadron.
