Anton Seder (1815 - 1916)

Seder was an art professor and director of the School of Applied Arts in Strasbourg. At the age of 19, the son of a master craftsman enrolled in the matriculation of the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich . Before his appointment as director at the Municipal School of Applied Arts Strasbourg, the 40-year-old Seder had made a name for himself as a painter and craftsman.
