Returns and Refunds

We only offer a refund if your item is not found to be as described. We do not refund if you simply change your mind, however we may offer an exchange or store credit. 

If you believe you have received the wrong item or the item is not as described, please contact the gallery as soon as possible and we can arrange, as appropriate, either a goods exchange, refund or credit voucher replacement. We do not give refunds or exchanges for items more than 30 days after you receive them.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us.  Our staff will advise you of what to do next.

Please Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of Antique Print and Map Room. If you change your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. We reserve the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.

Your order can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped. The return policy conditions above will apply.
