Rare engraving the Rosedale Nursery which was one of the largest in the state at the time. It was sold by auction on 10th April 1926 with a subdivision of 13 shop sites by Peach Brothers auctioneers.

1. Forest Trees and Shrubs. 2. The Fernery. 3. Potting Room. 4. The Residence, Rosevale Villa. 5. Exterior of Hot House. 6. Interior of Hot-House. 7. Packing Room. The Iliffe nursery was situated on Rocky Point Road, now Princess Highway, between Bestic and Bryant Street.
