Detailed c.19th plan of Sydney, extending from the north shore to Randwick with an extensive key at lower left identifying public parks and reserves and listing when they were established.

Within the Domain the outline of the “Cricket Ground” which was the reason for Parliamentary enquiry as to the legality of the permanent fencing surrounding the “ground” and the rights of Sydney residents to have access to the Domain at all times. The Commission found that fencing and building construction by the cricket club had not only been illegally erected but also contravened the parliamentary act which established the Domain as a recreation ground for all Sydney siders. Within Wentworth Park are shown the Football Ground and Cricket Oval.
