Engraved images of the interior of the new Bijou theater which was rebuilt a year later after the previous theatre was destroyed by fire. It cost £32,000 and built to a design by George R. Johnson for a more conventional three-level auditorium of stalls, dress circle and gallery, with seating for a total of some 1700.
