Under the management of J.Starkey the Photographic Branch began taking a large number of “Views of Public Buildings &amp places of interest in the Colony.” These original photographs were used foe exhibitions, presentation albums &amp publications. As the Government employed many photographers it is not possible to attribute the photographs to an individual.
