Railway Postal and Telegraph Map of Queensland 1888

Very detailed large scale c.19th map of the Queensland railway system in 1888. Marked is the extensive colonial railway network, post offices, telegraph and postal routes. An inset of Moreton Bay district and smaller one of Mackay Railway. Interestingly also included in red is detailed rainfalls for 1887 from information supplied by the Government Meteorologist.
