Biography:
Frederick William Frohawk (1861-1946)
English zoological artist was born at Norfolk, the son of a gentleman farmer. He took an early interest in drawing and natural history. At the age of twenty, he received his first commission fromThe Field, later becoming natural history editor of that magazine. He contributed drawings for the Natural History Museum.
