The official court of enquiry, held at Melbourne, the charge brought against Mr. Wm. ‘ Edgar, master of the ship for having wilfully neglected to adopt proper means to render assistance to the crow of the fishing smack, which foundered through damage caused by his ship coming into collision therewith on the morning of 21st March last, off tlio Okl Head of Kinsalc, on the Irish coast, find, after a most careful consideration, that the charge has been fully sustained. Asa consequence Edgar’s certificate, No. S758, issued by the Board of Trade, London, was cancelled
