John Lothian an Edinburgh geographer and publisher worked from 41 St Andrews Square Edinburgh and later at 37 George Square and was active between 1825 and 1846. He produced a People’s Atlas in 1846 published in Glasgow by James Machaud of 20 Aygle St.
