This is a homage to Mucha, with the little girl kneeling in front of a Mucha poster.

Biography:

Adolphe Léon Willette (1857-1926)

Willette was a French painter, illustrator, caricaturist, and lithographer, as well as an architect of the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret.
