Very little is known of Harry Bright whose father Henry Barnabus Bright ( 1824 – 1876), also an artist was living in 1846 at 33 George STreet, Lambeth and married to Rachel Ratcliff. By 1871 he was living at Vine Cottage, The Oval Kennington and sent pictures to the Royal Academy from there.
