Rare, very large Hydrographic chart covering the Queensland coast from Keppel Islands to Percy Islands.
First issued in 1863 with new surveys carried out by E.P. Bedwell in 1881, as well the earlier surveys by, Flinders and King updated with small corrections to 1887.
Edward Parker Bedwell (1834 - 1919)
Naval hydrographer. Edward was born on 22 February 1834, the son of Edward Parker Bedwell and Harriet Drew, at St. Heliers, Jersey.
