Rare c.19th hand coloured engraving of a small tunnel on the Queensland Railway made in 1873.

The tunnel shown is in the midst of romantic mountain scenery. It is 73 miles from Ipswich; its length is145 8 chains. ” The Manhole” is the name given to it, on account of a drive having been run from the side of the mountain to the centre, at j right angles to the line.
