Scarce engraving showing of construction works for the bridge between Echuca and Moama
The construction of the Echuca-Moama Bridge was agreed upon in 1875, and engineered by William Henry Green. The building contract was awarded to Halliday and Walker in 1875. The bridge’s construction was initially due for completion in 1877, however it was officially completed in 1878.
