Pair of fine aquatints depicting the Battle of Trafalgar with Nelson leading his smaller forces into two columns at the combined Spanish and French Fleet. As part of Nelson’s unorthodox plan of attack, he had all his ships painted a distinctive yellow and black pattern to make them easier to distinguish from their opponents. Includes a letterpress list of all the ships and a key naming all the ships.
