Walter Burley Griffith (1876 - 1937)

American architect, landscape designer, and city planner whose most ambitious work was the Australian Federal Capital, Canberra. After studying at the University of Illinois, Urbana, Griffin worked in Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural studio at Oak Park.
