Was an English engraver and publisher maps and atlases. TheEnglish Atlascontained
maps of all the English counties, maps of Scotland, Ireland and Wales,
which he published in 1813. Soon after Henry Teesdale (1776-1856) also a
publisher of maps and atlases in London acquired the plates and
published under his own name.
